As embarrassing as this is going to be for me to put out there I know how important it is to document where you are starting from at the beginning of any weight loss journey. So here we go…

Height: 5 feet 7 Inches
Weight: 180 pounds
Waist: 34.5 inches
Hips: 44 inches
Bust: 39 inches

I am pretty confident I have what they would call a pear shape! 🙂
As of right now I do not plan on weighing myself that often, maybe once a month, but I will probably check my measurements every 2 weeks. I will post updates on those stats when I do check up on them.
What I will be posting extremely frequently is what I am eating and cooking, my go to recipes, my fitness routines, and how I am feeling and making out in general along the way.
